Republicans have enough votes to confirm President Donald Trumps next Supreme Court nominee, Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said late Monday.
Weve got the votes to confirm Justice Ginsburgs replacement before the election, Graham said during an appearance on Fox News Hannity.
Were going to move forward in the committee, were going to report the nomination out of the committee to the floor of the United States Senate so we can vote before the election. Thats the constitutional process, he added.

Do they have to drag her thru the mud before the vote? If not, go ahead and vote now
Yep. She will be too busy grandstanding and making a complete ass of herself for the TV cameras, all so America can watch.
This is going to be a three ring circus, but lets get through it. I am praying for whoever the nominee is, and for her poor family.
Cameltoe is so unlikable that she probably costs votes every time she speaks on the campaign trail.
If Trump nominates this week, that new Justice could be sitting on the bench by the end of next week.
Nominate the Latina.
That’ll drive another million votes our way as leftists trash a good woman of (ahem) “color”.
and we might possibly lose a vote immediately after the election because of the situation in arizona.
I just watched on Twitter again when Lindsay was angry and made speech of a lifetime over how Dems treated Kavanaugh. I remember seeing him at the hearing. It was epic speech.
I have a fear of one of the Repubs taking a bribe to vote no, or some dirt coming up to force them to vote no.
Im not so sure.
Republicans are angry about what the Democrats did to Kavanaugh - they have been waiting for this exact moment to stick it to the Democrats.
McSally has not gone against Trump.
Republican politicians are starting to figure out that they need to align with Trump or else they are history.
she is different. If she loses she will be replaced immediately unlike the other senators which will be there until January.
Whew! I was worried that it would take a while before a concern troll weighed in.
Always good to hear from the “Aw, what’s the use?” crowd to understand why the Dems even have a foothold these days - so many so convinced that it’s not worth the effort, one wonders why they bother getting out of bed in the morning.
During the Kavanaugh hearings Lindseed went on an epic rant and said when he was chairman the next hearing would be fun very differently. I think we are about to see it.
Mitch Mcconnell would not announce he was going to give the nominee a floor vote unless he was sure he had the votes.
Gee, the Judge on Fox this morning said that the vote won’t happen until after the election.
I saw Cruz on CBS This Morning. He made their liberal hosts look like children, ignorant children at that. So refreshing.
No committee hearings, you drama queen!
Straight to the floor to vote, Mitch!
I still remember that bit......
Do you believe in the hereafter?
Of course!
Well, you know what Im here after......
WHACK!
>>No committee hearings, you drama queen!<<
I like the thought of a straight floor vote as well, but think on this...hearings may give the democrats yet another opportunity to weave the rope in which to hang themselves.
Vitriol attacks upon a woman nominee would again show how horrible the democrats really are. Not to mention..desperate.
LOL! True.
Napolitano? If so, I wouldn’t believe him if he said the sun comes up in the east.
