No court is needed to strike down DACA. DACA wasn't upheld on its merits. The court merely ruled that the administration didn't follow proper procedure in ending it. Trump can begin the process of ending DACA any time he wants if he just follows the proper procedure.

I know a Hispanic family who’s grandmother died of a heart attack. Her attack began at home and they called 911 to take her to the ER. She had been perfectly healthy up until the attack when she started having severe chest pain. She died from a myocardial infarction in the ER. The family was very upset because they listed her cause of death as covid.
We’ve been being lied to for months about the true number of deaths from covid and the true number of cases.
Presumptive cases, meaning they may have a fever or cough, are being counted as confirmed cases when THEY ARE NOT CONFIRMED.
Even if these presumptive cases test negative, they are never removed from the number of cases.
