This attack happened at the SCOTUS nomination they wanted to get Amy however Amy already recovered from the virus in June and is immune Dems did not know this!! The only two senators that were infected were on the Judiciary!!
I have been directly exposed by symptomatic people twice.
Once in my office (she thought it was allergies) and once with a friend of mine. We were at the range together.
The first case had other infections in her household form sharing a bottle of beer. The second one had no other cases.
My Doc thinks there is a good chance I have already had it, and shrugged it off.
I think it likely it happened at BOTH events. A full court press.

COVID will eventually reach even more of us; hopefully by then there will be more widespread treatments and it will have mutated down to a manageable level.
Most of the initial worldwide panic was due to bad management decisions (nursing homes, excessive use of ventilators, etc.).
I mentioned to her...it's almost like someone infected intentionally worked their way into a Trump event for the purpose of infecting the president either directly or through those associated with him.

Some infected people spread it well. Most do not. When they traced the genomes at the meat plant in Germany, they found a few super spreaders. Everyone was wearing a cheap mask (which was still better than any cloth mask). Conclusion: if someone is a spreader then other people will get it, masked or not. In most cases few or nobody will get it. Masks may even help in those marginal cases.
China wants to protect its investment...
The only conclusion I offered is that the virus originated in China. I'm not suggesting anything other than the obvious. The source of the illness that has infected millions of people all over the world, killed hundreds of thousands, wrecked economies and lifestyles worldwide, and gotten our President and many other world leaders sick was China.
Nobody outside of China would have the problems we are all having if the Chinese government had done the job it should have done to prevent the spread of the virus.
