I called the Military Liaison of the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office for a clarification on UOCAVA ballot processing.
UOCAVA voters are required to send their ballots in by mail to be received by this coming Friday (tomorrow) at their respective Stateside home county election office.
As soon as a county receives a ballot, it is (supposedly) process and the vote entered into the totals for that county.
Obviously a vote cannot be counted before it is received.
The person I spoke with is of the opinion that the GA SOS statement about the 47,277 outstanding ballots to be counted is that that number represents a maximum which includes all outstanding UOCAVA ballots requested but not yet received.
Thus (if the person I spoke with) is correct, less than 47,277 ballots may actually be processed and counted, since some UOCAVA voters may send their ballots in to their respective Stateside home counties late or choose not to send their ballots altogether.
Perhaps the most important takeway is that there is an overseas military trump ga ballot advantage, but it is small, since (at least according to the state) the ballots are counted by the counties continuously as they are received in the mail.
(Note: I only investigated GA and not other states, which may operate differently.)

My county is at least still 75% red so we are staying here for now. But I know the blue creep is coming with the jerks who move here to get away from the democrat policies they helped create.

What makes anyone think that the ballots in Georgia are less corrupted than the ballots in Milwaukee or Detroit or Philly? So why are we even hoping for Trump to gain votes when the entire thing is a fraud?

I doubt it I thought Florida was supposed to be permanently blue about 10 years ago and the state is now Ruby Red

Of course the ballots stink in GA. Until we get to purple thumb elections we are screwed. I would trust Apple to do elections over their devices more than I trust our corrupt bankrupt system.
I think it is time to hit the streets.
Question, especially for Georgia - is there anyway to tell whether a voter voted by absentee or mail in ballots? If so I'd throw out all of those and have a special election requiring them to revote and certify those votes. Those that don't respond (address at cemetery), well, too bad.
I heard that they are bar coded but I do not know if that is true.
I believe every vote counted in secret Tuesday night should be thrown out. Why aren’t there any lawsuits here for that?
