Just a quick note... I’ve had a few occasions this morning where after I’m logged in, I get ‘dropped’ and have to log in again. This has happened a couple times and both times I was able to log in again.... I don’t think I’ve ever had that happen before today.

When you get a chance, after I wander off of FR and come back I have to log in again. I doesn't save my name nd password so have to type them each time. I tried to make it "most convenient" since I'm the only one using the laptop but it defaults to "convenient" and needs name and pw typed in again.

Firefox still requires a new login every time I open it.
Yes, a cookie is present. No history clearing. Just closing and reopening a window requires a new login.
