I’ve often thought that it’s crazy that you can run for a House seat in any district in your state regardless of whether you live in the district. I remember once years ago I met a gal who was the nominal GOP challenger to Nancy Pelosi. She asked for my vote, and I said, “Sorry, I don’t live in Pelosi’s district.” Her reply: “Neither do I!”
