WASHINGTON - President Donald Trump and allies say their lawsuits aimed at subverting the 2020 election and reversing his loss to Joe Biden would be substantiated, if only judges were allowed to hear the cases.
There is a central flaw in the argument. Judges have heard the cases and have been among the harshest critics of the legal arguments put forth by Trump’s legal team, often dismissing them with scathing language of repudiation.
This has been true whether the judge has been appointed by a Democrat or a Republican, including those named by Trump himself.
The judicial rulings that have rejected Trump’s unfounded claims of widespread voter fraud have underscored not only the futility of the lame duck president’s brazen attempt to sabotage the people’s will but also the role of the courts in checking his unprecedented efforts to stay in power.
Even in the face of these losses in court, Trump has dangerously contended that in fact, he won the election. And he’s moved out of the courts to directly appeal to lawmakers as his losses mount.

Despite the bald mdirect evidence of fraud, the judges have shown only Trump Derangement Syndrome.
That will soon change as the evidence mounts and the courts are forced to deal with the facts as they are revealed.

It’s almost as if Pelosi knew how the scam was going to play out.

won’t be 10 if Pelosi has her way ... she wants to certify any Dem who lost in a close election and reject the Republican who won on vote count. This is apparently some sort of House rule.
You don’t. It’s the same argument I made 2 years ago when Democrat Nikki Fried inexplicably won C of Ag in Florida despite a sweep of every other commission by Republicans. The Dems have been perfecting vote fraud for years now. This was their golden opportunity, and there’s not a single person or group in the country that’s going to be turning the tide. This is how tyranny begins.
They voted for the party/ the candidate but decided they had seen enough of Trump. Easy.
Incorrect. They will lose. They have been exposed and that was the plan. Trump will be Inaugurated on Jan. 20, 2020.

Before the ultimate roll out and acceptance of miltary overseers he has to run through the legal process down to the courts. He has already convinced a majority of the public of this fraud and coup. If the courts prove to be corrupt as well he will have the majority of the public’s understanding, a last resort and the cleanout begins
And INGSOC-AP won’t bother telling you that they considered Gore the President elect until the USSC’s decision and that the Supreme Court’s decision was the only one that mattered as lawsuits elsewhere were tossed.
Democrats have been fighting electoral integrity and oversight safeguards commonplace throughout the west for decades yet insist that fraud is “exceedingly rare”. You can make drunk driving “exceedingly rare” if you abolish police checkpoints too.
As it happens, the beneficiaries of fraud are always the same party the media works night and day to help get into office, but we have their assurances that there’s nothing to see here.
You have Republicans who voted for Biden but voted Republican down ticket. The Lincoln republicans. I know several.
Trump thought rule of law would win.
Anyone who thinks a 78 year old man who shows signs of early onset dementia, who never accomplished anything in his 50 year career in politics, who hid in his basement all year won a Presidential election with the highest votes in US history is completely out of their freakin’ minds and democrat voters damn well know it as well.

I have been watching this debacle for weeks now. I am sickened as I watch and listen to the lies of those who are called Democrats. Not that there are not people who call themselves Republicans who ally themselves with the Democrats even as they are silent in their support.
It makes me sick to my stomach to think our beautiful country would fall so gracelessly into the stinking world of graft, dishonesty,sedition and traiterism as it has. We will be a third world country in my remaining life time. What an incredible shame.
That is not to say there are not areas of governance desperately needing reexamination and changes. I think it is despicable that judges are not apolitical...how can they do the job they are needed to do if they are unduly influenced by anything other than facts?
Though I am much too old to fight legitimately, I will not tolerate being rounded up and shot as Kamelass proposes. I am sure most of us feel that way. There is no good in Kamelass. And she is NOT BLACK. What a travesty that lie has been.
The fraud of our last national election will live in history as a warning to any nation that tries to do very successfully as ours as done to assure life, liberty and equality—as well as we could do it.
It is time to separate and put walls up between those who know our Constitution and Bill of Rights are the finest resources in the world to unite our nations with its huge diversity from the demons of Democrats who want to kill the opposition.
Why am I not reading and hearing of at least attempts at separation? Soon it will be too late as we who ooppose the Dems find ourselves incarcerated and killed.
So wrong! He wants a fast track to the Supreme Court so he doesn’t really care if the lower courts rule or not. The faster they kick the cases out the sooner he gets to the Supreme Court.

I think the two camps are so divided that they believe everything the other side says is a lie just because the other side says it, just like they believe everything their own side says is right. “The Right” and “The Left” are more and more living in their own separate echo chambers which does not bode well for the future of the US of A.
I am especially concerned about people seriously expecting judges to decide along party lines instead of according to the law. Only a corrupt judge would do that. Therefore it is simply wrong to call a Republican judge a RINO just because you don`t like his decision. I think you have to accept at some point that the law is not on the President`s side.
