On 5 January 2021, the flight to DC on American Airlines 2222 was full. There were quite a few Trump supporters on board. They were a little boisterous, with a few chants of “Four More Years”.
On 6 January, people made their way to the Metro station to travel into DC for the rally/protest/march. The Mall was relatively clear. As we approached the West end of the mall, the crowd could be heard, about 0830 local. It was already a large crowd stretching from the Washington monument toward the White House. Several speakers gave presentations. The audio system was inadequate. Little could be understood.
Most of the people were middle class and middle-aged. There were young and old, even a few people in wheelchairs and walkers. There were many women present, but few children. People were there to support President Trump, to protest four years of lies by the Media, censorship by the Tech Oligarchs, and a deeply flawed election. One participant told me:
In spite of the common grievances, there seemed to be little organization or leadership. There were a few groups that showed cohesion, but most were simply responding to a request to show up. This protest was the largest, most organic, nearly spontaneous one I have seen of many.
At the other end of the Mall, at the Capitol, there were a couple of smaller events on the Eastside. There were only a couple of thousand at the Capitol compared to many more at the west end of the Mall.
As the morning continued, streams of people continued to come unto the Mall and move toward the Washington Monument.

It was always clear a storming of the Capitol Building was going to happen just by looking at the size of the crowd and the anger in that crowd. Also, the Capitol Police are not the best trained, equipped nor were in mass enough to stop anything.

And the Capitol Police declined manpower support from the National Guard, so the leadership is clueless. And that’s the charitable take.
Given what we’ve seen take place in America over the last year, someone should have warned Trump that OF COURSE agents provocateurs would be sent in by the deep state who hate him.
I can tell by the immediate, canned, automatic response from each uniparty hacks afterward, it was a planned event.
What, with how they handled Hillary Clinton's multiple felonies (dozens to thousands of counts each). We won't have to worry about her endangering National Security any more.
Or they way they got to the bottom of the conspiracy that killed Jeffrey Epstein? Wow, bad guys watch out!
Or how they got right to the bottom of the collusion, foreign influence, payoffs and influence peddling detailed on Hunter Biden's laptop - breathtaking!
No apology necessary to the many of us who feel the same way.
Except some of those siege people were not Antifa or BLM

But if you come looking like you are going to hold Pence hostage you deserve to get taken down.

Harris should be held accountable for inciting a riot when she encourged BLM to riot. I think she even used the word riot. I do not think Trump used the word riot on Jan 6, 2021 before they sieged the Capitol.
According to both the NY Times and The Daily Mail UK, Trump had considered calling the NG to protect the rally but was ‘advised against it’ by unknown White House ‘officials’.
Trump tried to get out tweets when he heard the situation was going south, and Twitter killed his feed.
He ordered NG in, Pence delegated to make the call, the MSM is feeding the false narrative that Trump did nothing ‘for over 24 hours’ and Pence acted unilaterally.

The mob attack just happened to occur when they were voting whether or not to accept the electoral college votes. We know some people were going to object to accepting some of those votes, but all that got thrown out the window because of the Capitol break in. It sure doesn’t seem to be coincidental to me.

Yes, Donald Trump is directing a national play and we are in the final act. The criminals are unmasking themselves since they believe they have won. The crimes have been committed and the public is watching the crazy unfold. Its designed to be frightening to wake everyone up. Most people will be relieved when Trump steps in and restores sanity.

Yes, its worse than the average American could get their head around. That’s why the drip of information. If the dumped it all at one time it would be too much to deal with. Now Trump is letting the criminals unmask while the public watches with their own eyes.
Did anyone notice that there were people with Red MAGA hats and some that had helmets? Some of those people had orange strips of tape on the top or back of those hats and helmets.
As old as war is, that is one of the ways to identify your allies and, at the same time, identify your enemies!
