I would count on Judicial Watch & Tom Fitton to file a massive class action lawsuit against such a ‘passport’.
I don’t have proof of the vaccines I received as a child. I think those medical records are lost on microfiche somewhere. I asked some childhood friends if they have theirs, and they do not. My children have their records thanks to me keeping them for many years and through many moves. I don’t know if husband has his. Amazingly, we have lived without vaccine passports all this time.
We are already there. Democrats won in 2020. Big Tech. Mainstream Media. America is controlled by one party. The Democratic Party.

No way, no how. “Vaccine” is just an excuse to put in place a universal tracking system. This goes hand in hand with Pete Buttiegig’s proposal for tracking every mile we drive and be taxed for it.
No, vaccines never “kill” a virus. They train the immune system to fight it off / gain immunity if you were to be exposed to it.
They do indeed prevent transmission if people build immunity to the virus and thus are not contagious by definition - either by preventing infection to begin with, or the infection is less severe and shorter lasting. Which is precisely what the vaccines do.
Well that's fine...to a degree.
But a government tracking system / app / database being used for this to integrate into tracking where we go and what we do is well beyond that.
Probably state laws, common or not.
I don't think you get it. Not having the vaccine would very likely be the disability itself. Since it's a disability, you can't discriminate against those people. A law professor writes about the legal hurdles to these possible vaccine 'passports' below.
