All I can say is good luck convincing a judge that your unwillingness to get a vaccination is a disability.
A law professor writes about the legal hurdles to these possible vaccine 'passports' below.
He wrote that article in May of last year when the vaccines weren't really on the horizon. In it he says:
"I’m concerned about the potential legal and ethical ramifications of immunity passports that aren’t based on vaccinations."
In the article he explicitly says vaccination based "passports" are OK (legally).
It won’t amount to much. The Biden Administration is catering to big corporations that are trying to find ways to pay lower liability premiums. The way that Biden’s people are trying to do it is comical, really. They come up with moronic terminology for taking credit for various programs including programs that were planned and designed by the Trump Administration (”Build it better,” Operation Warp Speed becomes whatever in the first “hundred days,” etc.).
But yeah, Biden’s people own the so-called passport. Most businesses won’t bother with it. ;)
The issue of the meaning of ‘’proof of vaccination’’. My (on topic) issue is what people assume about THESE 1st time ever used MRNA ‘’vaccines’’.

What do these Vaccine passports CERTIFY?
As of now, how long can they CERTIFY immunity. It may be only months. No one KNOWS. What about variants — known and unknown — the vaccine has not been tested against?
My issues are ONLY what is assumed, and what actions taken, if the GOVERNMENT issues this ‘’certification’’.
