An ode to Ivermectin.
We don’t drink cow milk as much, which was a source of Vitamin-which is not in all of the fake “milks”. We also seem to be afraid of Mr.Sun nowadays.
You should be taking vitamin K2 with your D. Vit D helps with absorbing calcium, but doesn’t tell the calcium where to go. You do NOT want calcium going to your arteries. K2 tells it to go to your bones. Also, magnesium - “activates” your D3.

Vit D is a game changer for the immune system. I was a regular sufferer of “colds” turning to bronchitis. Found out I was severely deficient in Vit D. Doc put me on a Rx strength to bring it up. I’m on a daily OTC D3/K2 combo. Knock wood, no issues with cold/bronchitis in 18 months.

I am taking D3 and it is in oil. I also read that it is best absorbed with other fats (like avocado or salmon) or oils (olive, etc.).
I am using the IMASK protocol the FLCCC with C, Zinc Quercetin, melatonin, and ivermectin. Plus some B vit.
Ah yes, I take K2 for that reason..

I wonder if all the supplements so many take daily has had a negative effect on our bodies to itself produce the necessities to protect us from disease? Have our immune systems become lazy?
