It may have been Frank Sinatra’s kind of town, but it doesn’t appear to be anyone else’s.
The late “Let’s Get Away From It All” singer’s Palm Desert, California hideaway — first listed in 2007 — is back on the market for $4.25 million.
The remote Coachella Valley property was then re-listed again — in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2020 — but each time has failed to attract a buyer.

AGREE...It is very nice...would really require full time workers to care for it..but quiet lovely..
In today’s world of wealthy $4 plus million is not a lot of money...wondering what the taxes there are? Amazing 75 acres.
Where are his kids at now? are they not interested in it?
Just Wondering.

At the time it was built, it was considered very modern.

Interior is definitely dated. It’s a time warp to 1973. Tough sell.

Worth the money in many ways (great amenities, decent size, amazing view), yet it suffers from being at that annoying age where it’s largely out of style (wood panelling, garish wallpaper, individual rooms smallish) and not yet old enough to achieve “quaint antique”.

Property taxes in Calif are based upon the sales prices. Approx 1.3 % of the sales price.

His wife complained b/c at his death she received all of Sinatra’s real estate, cash on hand, jewelry, investments, artwork, etc.
But Sinatra left the rights to his music to his children.....worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
I was glad she got less......when he was on his deathbed, she never even had the decency
to call his children, to let them know, or even allow them in so they could say their final goodbyes.
