My realtor sent me to do a drive by of a promising home. The neighbor next door had a Bernie sign in their yard. I kept driving and told her , no thanks.

Been there, done that!! It was last Fall when I was searching for a new home, pulled into the driveway of one home and saw next door had Biden bumper stickers on their cars. Backed out of the driveway and left. I don't want to live near the idiots.

I have to share that I had an unfair advantage my friend. I really should have also shared that as a prerequisite I would never live in the city in the first place, let alone in an HOA community. So the whole truth is I would live broke in a tent before I would ever live in the city again. :)

I'm not crazy about the profanity in his message; it's really not necessary. That being said, the excuse that children will see it is pretty flimsy considering most people have cable tv and the f-bombs fly on most shows found on cable.
