So it looks like these 'dangerous armed insurrectionists" weren't out to do anything at all illegal, but ran afoul of the law because one of them ran out of gas. Funniest thing of all, they were a bunch of black guys out to go shooting and, fortunately, there wasn't a tragedy because they and the cops both kept their heads. Unfortunately, they might get into trouble because MA takes a dim view of "assault weapons." Here in TN they'd have jut been told where the nearest gas station was and to go on their way.
