Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) launched an effort to prevent forced vaccinations in the military after a massive outreach by troops. In a tweet on Monday, Massie said Democrats have attacked his recent proposal to ban forced vaccinations of U.S. troops.
The congressman added he introduced HR 3860 to outlaw vaccine mandates in the military, which has been already back by 24 lawmakers. This came after reports claimed Joe Biden’s Pentagon might require vaccination for U.S. troops by September.
“They want everybody to get vaccinated, even those who don’t need vaccinated,” he asserted. “If you followed the science, the Moderna trial showed there was no benefit of the vaccine to those who recovered from infection. The Pfizer trial showed there was no benefit to those who had from infection from the vaccine.”

Loyal Americans in the military should have quit en masse when Biden was sworn in.
Unfortunately for the Troops it doesn’t work that way.
Quitting? What Article of the UCMJ covers that>
“The process by which a patient learns about and understands the purpose, benefits, and potential risks of a medical or surgical intervention, including clinical trials, and then agrees to receive the treatment or participate in the trial.”
There are four parts to informed consent:
- You must have the ability to make a decision.
- The provider must give you ALL information on the treatment/procedure including benefits and all risks.
- You must be able to understand the information being given.
- You must voluntarily give consent to proceed WITHOUT feeling coerced.
Patients have the legal and ethical right to obtain enough information about a medical treatment to feel like they are making an informed decision. This decision does not have be the same decision your doctor would make or is suggesting you make.
Informed consent is the basis of medicine. It ensures the patient is actively involved in their own care and also establishes a trusting relationship between providers and patients.
Informed consent is NOT:
- getting minimal/skewed information
- minimizing risks associated
- feeling pressured to choose one way or another
- being disrespected or talked down to for your decision
Informed consent DOES:
- give the patient all pertinent information
- give the patient time to answer questions
- give the option to say yes OR no WITHOUT consequence
- make the patient feel respected in whatever decision they come to
- allows the patient to take into account their own intuition before making a decision
Medical providers are providing a service at charge for you. They work for you. You have the right to make any and all decisions regarding your health. You have the right to informed consent. This is important. This is a legal and ethical right. Demand it.
Illegal vaccine link to Gulf war syndrome
The common factor for the 275,000 British and US veterans who are ill appears to be a substance called squalene, allegedly used in injections to add to their potency. Such an action would have been illegal. Squalene is not licensed for use on either side of the Atlantic because of potential side effects.

I believe it was Gen George Washington himself who ordered US troops NOT to take the newfangled smallpox vaccination as it still sickened too many soldiers.
Hi.
“Loyal Americans in the military should have quit en masse when Biden was sworn in.”
Can’t do that. Most sign 6 year contracts.

That's exactly what the Left wants.
Officers can resign at any time.
Exactly. If the FDA approves one or more of the vaccines as "safe", the military can compel service members to take them. Like it or not, there is no "I quit!" Option in the military for most service members. Commissioned officers who don't have a service obligation can resign their commission, but I don't know how fast that can go through. Retirement eligible enlisted can put in their packets, but those packets can be slow walked and I don't for a moment think the Pentagon is above being so petty that they would get a lot of career soldiers in trouble on their way out if they felt they needed to be made example of. You don't get to just put in your two weeks and that's that, it's all part of the bargain you get for signing up.
The ones that stay will either be used against their fellow Americans (and already have) as unwilling instruments - or they will be politically re-educated and become willing implements.
You are multiply mistaken and clearly discombobulated, El signór!
Redo your research and get back to us, Por Favór.
Ay Caramba!
“Officers can resign at any time.”
True, depending on the circumstances.

Quitting?
The only way out of Basic in 1966 USAF was to act queer or eat 5 LB of sugar so it would appear you were diabetic.
But that was the USAF. Many of those kicked out found a US Army draft notice for them when they got home.
You would be surprised how many draftees who had played football, rode the rough and tough Rodeo circuit afterward, suddenly came down with all sorts of “ailments” to get their 4-F papers. Once back home, they suddenly were well again.
Quit? Don’t they enlist for a set term that they are obligated to serve?
Then I was lied to! Actually I read that years ago, but failed to look it up now. You are correct.
Wish there was an EDIT or DELETE button on FR.
The son of a friend is in ROTC. At the university students are required to vaccinate. Faculty is not. At this point US Soldiers are not.
He is seriously considering dropping out.
They made all West Point cadets get vaccinated.
