If this goes up to a decision, we might get an accurate count as to how many actual Conservatives are on the court. I’m guessing less than 5.

Who would do that? Killing a living thing inside a woman is not ethical. It should be illegal and punished when done.

The Roberts court has the practice of of avoiding large changes to the law of the land. They usually punt back to the lower courts with comments or instructions.
The red states have been carving chunks off of Roe for the last 25 years without legal challenge. Expect the Supremes to let the states make up their own minds.
