VANCOUVER, Wash. — Vancouver police have identified the three suspects connected to a shooting that killed a Clark County deputy Friday, including the man authorities are still looking for.
Detective Jeremy Brown was identified early Saturday as the officer who was shot in the line of duty.
Authorities say on Friday night, shortly before 7 p.m., Brown was in his vehicle conducting surveillance on a home at NE 109th Avenue. "Other units in the area on the same detail were unable to reach the deputy on the radio and, around the same time, a citizen heard what sounded like gunshots and saw a male inside a vehicle bleeding and called 911," said Vancouver police in a release.
Two men and a woman got in a car and fled from the scene. As law enforcement followed, police say the suspects' car crashed near Padden Parkway and Interstate-205. All three people got out and ran. This prompted an extensive search Friday night as authorities told people to stay inside their homes.
A man, identified as 28-year-old Abran Raya-Leon, and a woman, identified as 35-year-old Misty M. Raya, were both arrested on unrelated felony warrants, according to Vancouver police.

Additional information about the case Brown was working on at the time of the shooting was not released.

Glad they’re finally rounding up those dispicable white supremists
Obvious victims of profiling./s
Also, my heart goes out to a real hero Detective Jeremy Brown and his family.
He’ll probably be one of the few folks headed “south” at the border...
The perp had been in federal custody. Then the Feds released him to home detention...

Also, looks like the perp may be a probabation absconder from a conviction in Montana.
And the Feds still released him.
They’re white hispanics, so the WS label is apriate.
Or appropriate, even...
Heartbreaking for the victim and family, but this is the entirety predictable result of the compassionate, anti-racist Democrats. Everybody streams across the border for massive benefits with the understanding that the law is racist and doesn’t apply to them because of past injustices by America and white people in particular. So come to America and rape and pillage at will.
Bump
What was their gang affinity group called?
Is anywhere safe from the narco hordes that infests the west?
The Rayas can’t seem to raise their children right. Bet this group will be joining more relatives in prison. Will make for a nice family Christmas photo.
Sympathies for the Brown family.
Hey, I just saw them on TV crossing the border!
Bring back the death penalty and hard labor, Heck, even corporal punishment.
Young ones sitting in the stocks so that the whole neighborhood knows who they are and what they’ve done would be a deterrent. Screw their tender little feelings.
