35,000 Americans Getting Symptomatic COVID-19 per Week Despite Being Vaccinated: CDC

Some 35,000 vaccinated Americans are getting infected with COVID-19 every week, according to a recent estimate from a top U.S. health agency.

While the COVID-19 vaccines reduce the incidence of disease, hospitalization, and death, approximately 0.02 percent of Americans who are vaccinated against the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus have still been contracting it on a weekly basis, according to the estimate.

The estimate was part of an internal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) presentation obtained and published by The Washington Post.

The CDC confirmed to The Epoch Times that the presentation was authentic.

COVID-19 cases among vaccinated Americans are known as breakthrough cases. The CDC stopped publicly reporting the number of breakthrough cases on May 1, except for those that result in hospitalization or death.

The last count the agency released was 10,262 through April 30. But that was an acknowledged undercount, because the case numbers came from voluntary reporting from states and territories. Some states didn’t submit any numbers.

The CDC has come under fire this week for recommending vaccinated persons wear masks, an abrupt shift from under three months ago, without being able to point to published data to support the change.

The internal presentation, dated July 29, says breakthrough cases are expected to increase as a proportion of total cases as the number of vaccinated people grows.

But it undercuts recent claims by public officials that as many as 99 percent of those who died with COVID-19 were unvaccinated.

According to data from COVID-NET that’s presented on one of the slides, 15 percent of the in-hospital deaths in May were among the fully vaccinated, a significant jump from 3.1 percent in April.

Additionally, 9 percent of COVID-19 patients in May were fully vaccinated, nearly double the number from a month prior.

COVID-NET conducts surveillance on laboratory-confirmed COVID-19-associated hospitalizations in nearly 100 counties in 14 states, constituting approximately 10 percent of the U.S. population.

COVID-NET’s public-facing platform does not show the percentage of hospitalizations broken down by unvaccinated/vaccinated. It does not show death statistics at all.

Are there stats on how long it was since these people’s second shot it when they fell ill? Is anyone keeping that stat and publishing in abar graph or chart or list?

Silly me, always wondering how severe their symptoms are, or if they’re even sick. Or just “test positive”.

81% of the population in fact does have existing immunity and further, that immunity is strengthened, materially so, by natural infection.

The resistance isn’t to the spike, it’s almost-exclusively to the nucleocapsid portion of the virus among those with existing resistance; the largest set of reactions by far was to the nucleocapsid, not the spike.

The existing “vaccines” do not and cannot provide this since they encode only the spike. Natural immunity provides good T cell and neutralizing antibodies.

The existing vaccines are worthless for building durable immunity since the data is that the nucleocapsid section, which the vaccines do not code, is where most of the pre-existing resistance against serious disease resides.

Furthermore, it is now known that the current injection does reduce symptoms, but that means that people are sick and don’t know it. They then transmit it to Jabbed and not Jabbed( some call super spreader-like the jabbed person that infected about 60 people).

Additionally, since there are no symptoms, these people are sick, but their treatment is delayed-which contributes to a more severe illness than if they were treated early.

Bottom line is that any one under the age of 50 who was healthy should have been allowed to continue life as normal, and if infected, tune up their immunity.

A traditional vaccine with inactivated virus would have provided better protection.

Not to mention, the unwise attempt to vaccinate in the midst of a pandemic. There are good reasons why flu shots are given prior to flu season.

Depends on what they mean by “Symptomatic”. If these are mild ones that hey get through like a common cold, there’s nothing to be worried about.

It’s when HOSPITALIZATIONS start to build up that we have to worry.

The low point was 12,000 cases a day. A week before the date of the report (July 29th) that was up to 46,000 a day. So the 5,000 a day vaccinated cases are still a fraction of the total, maybe a tenth to a fifth.

But the vaccinated are catching up to the unvaccinated in case count. If I were vaccinated (wait, what?) I would be a little careful i.e. don't go to bars in Provincetown, etc. That's because vaccination does not make COVID less severe. That's painfully obvious from the numbers since April when CDC stopped putting them out. Mass. kept publishing the numbers.
