They’ve got billions of users across their platforms. They won’t miss 10s of millions. They will miss the money if tens of millions sued them and won.
As for the merits, I think if you state something true and they say it is untrue, they defamed you by calling you a liar. This is especially true for reporters and publishers - they are damaged financially and economically by lowering their credibility in the eye of the public.
Dan Bongino said this well over a year ago: You don’t need “fact checkers” on social media. The people are the fact checkers. It’s SOCIAL! If I say something wrong, there are plenty of people who can rebut it. If they say something wrong, I can rebut it. These platforms have crossed the line imo. They are publishers, not platforms. They should lose their exemption or get rid of their speech patrols. The only thing they should do, if they want to, is report criminal activity to law enforcement and the rest is up to the users.
You were promoting the competition. That’s like drinking Pepsi or flying United in Atlanta!
No..
That is what they want, to silence you..
I will not leave and make it easy on them...
I will stay right there and dedicate myself to making their life every bit as miserable as they try to make mine..
How, you ask?
Report every ad as offensive.
Rebuke their argument in a way they will not suspect.
In other words, out think them.
If you quit, you are giving them what they want.
I don’t know, I never got banned from them. All it does is hide your IP address so I assume Facebook identifies users by their IP
Interesting.
“ No, 10s of millions should dump FakeBook. End of problem....”
Let’s go with that AND suing the snot out of them.
100,000 suing for $10,000 each is $1 billion.
No reason given.
Brilliant!
Facebook to be fact checked in court.
Go get ‘em John!
You misspelled “NaziBook”...
