You can hear the blows before you can see them. The noise of blunt objects striking arms, legs and backs filters through the thick shrubbery on the border between Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. People screaming in pain, gasping and whimpering. Anzeige
Powerful men in dark uniforms are standing on the Croatian side of the border on this hot June day. They are battering Afghans and Pakistanis who have come to Europe to apply for asylum.
All of the men are wearing balaclavas; one of them has also donned black sunglasses. Their uniforms bear no insignia to ensure that they are completely unrecognizable. They are completely unaware that just a few meters away, hiding behind just a couple of bushes and trees, two reporters are filming their every move.
The videos document how these masked men chase 22 refugees out of the European Union, forcing them back into Bosnia-Herzegovina. One of the masked men swings again and again with his club, aiming at the legs of the migrants and making them stumble into the chest-deep border river. He then raises his arm in a threatening gesture and yells: "Go! Go to Bosnia!"
Human rights experts refer to such operations as pushbacks, and they are illegal, violating both EU law and the Geneva Refugee Convention. The deportation of migrants must not put them in danger and once they have reached European territory, they must be given the opportunity to apply for asylum. And beating defenseless people is prohibited anyway.

Interesting that Muslim refugees want out of the Muslim friendly country of Bosnia and, somehow, the Croatians and Greeks, who have a history of abuse by Muslims, are supposed to welcome them.

This battle is as old as humanity. Stupid Geneva refugee convention anyway. It was designed to control governments, yet they get away with all they want. People? Now they are the target and always have been. Look what the US has done to those who entered the Capitol building with the assent of security. Then a guy protecting his car from being stolen has his property taken because it looks too deadly. Who do laws protect? Answer is nobody, unless they are followed precisely by all parties and ONLY by the consent of the Governed.
I often wonder, in 1683, if the Turks had cried that they ONLY wanted refuge if the gates of Vienna would have been opened to them.
I wonder if German and Japanese armies, in 1941-1945, if they were in Mexico, had rushed the border with the US crying “REFUGE!” would the US have allowed them in?
Muslim refugees should go to Saudi Arabia, Jordan and other Muslim countries. Period. The Saudis, etc have plenty of room and money!
This is just another invasion of the west by muslims.
The same accusations are now being made against Poland because Byelorussia is pushing migrants they invited into Poland.
