On Thursday’s broadcast of MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) stated that to fix the supply chain problems and get the economy moving, “we’ve got to make sure that we get the vaccines out, not just in our country, but all over the world.” Klobuchar also stated that another part of the solution is “immigration reform in areas like in my state, where, if you have shortages, getting those visas going again.” And that “Doing something about a path to citizenship and finally getting this done would be a major game-changer for our country. Because through the Trump years, nothing was done on that front.”
Co-host Joe Scarborough asked, “How do we fix the supply chain and get this economy going again?”

The virus did NOT cause the shutdown of a vast amount of economic activity on this planet, the actions of panicked and arrogant cross-section of decision makers did all that. The COVID-19 virus is actually a relatively innocuous disease, less deadly than several versions of influenza that have appeared from time to time.
Failure to take early and timely measures to control and CURE the infections are among the first of these missteps and deliberate efforts to exacerbate the effects of the “pandemic” far beyond its original scope. Had the disease simple sweep among the population, as it was allowed to do in Sweden, WITHOUT the introduction of vaccines and frankly experimental treatments, when it was discovered early on that several medications already widely available and with a preponderance of evidence these medications were also highly effective.
Bad responses wrongly applied. Masks were NEVER a factor in preventing spread of the virus particles, while fresh air and sunshine minimized any potential transmission to an infinitesimally small chance.
