How does the Executive branch of government “clarify the legislative intent” of a law passed by the Legislative branch?

I THINK this bill protects an employee from being fired for not taking a vax. They rarely come right out and say it plainly. Not effective till next summer though. That is UNgood.

Quite the opposite.

I have to sell that house I own over in Illinois.... there is no hope for that state.

It’s in a conservative southern town but the effluvia from Chicago runs all the way down there and spoils everything...sigh

This article makes it a lot clearer. I consider it a miracle that they left the religious exemption intact, at least for now.

Following a conscience or 'fringe elements?' IL seeks to bar moral exemptions for vaccine refusal

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. -- Employees would be barred from citing their moral beliefs as a valid reason for refusing to comply with a workplace COVID-19 vaccine mandate, under a measure state legislators are expected to take up when they return to Springfield this week.

The amendment to the state's Health Care Right of Conscience Act is intended to make clear that public officials and private companies can impose COVID-19 requirements as a condition of employment - and fire those who refuse to comply.

“The HCRCA says no one can be discriminated against in their job because of their conscientious objection to not getting a medical procedure.”

Prickster altered that provision. Apparently, gene therapies are now exempt, and that Leftist butthole wants to impose medical care on his constituents.

Next summer?
Amazing how long this “pandemic” has lasted as if it is a Plandemic. How long will the democrats keep this up? !!

Half the states do not require vaccinations or masks and are doing much better then those that do.
