It depends where one gets their stats. Partisans often tout stats the other side doesn’t agree with. One has to carefully check stats provided by a partisan pushing an agenda.
It seems the vaccine mandate question should be a matter of constitutional law and not driven by stats. It should also not be driven by any particular virus but apply to all viruses.
Since this is actually “COVID misinformation” does that mean that stories about this can’t be shared on social media? Would you get banned for sharing them?

Statements like her’s below are irrelevant. Whether they work or not has nothing to do with whether this government approach is Constitutional. However, it would be a revelation for the justices to decide that administrative law comes under the Constitution.
