In the interest of equality the obvious solution if for the State of California to provide weapons and carry permits for all citizens that want them. Probably should do it for non citizens as well since everyone must be equal.
I dont support “free” handouts except for the genuinely disabled among us
however,
if we have to have all this communistic taxation and money-printing going on,
let’s have the govt give vouchers to anyone who wants one that will enable him or her to purchase a firearm of their choice
and let’s also provide more firearms safety training classess... and bring back shooting sports in our high schools
again, I am not a fan of socialism but.... it is important that everyone has a reasonable chance of defending themselves, their homes, families, friends, neighbors, and communities
so some spending in this one area would be quite helpful, imho
That was a great sign! Really great!
Shame the LA city counsel decided to cut the policy budget.
pity minorities have to worry about their own safety from their own kind... someone should educate them that that is what separates humans from animals.
Repeat after me:
Gun Control is racist...........
“free ranging child endangering guns”
Better make sure to sneak up on them from behind. They are known to violently erupt. Do a search for “gun violence erupts”. You’ll be amazed at how common it is.
Oh yeah.
IOW, it is having a negative impact on those who voted for it.
Too bad. You got what you voted for.
Keep voting dem and it will only get worse for you. Have fun.
***California abolished the open carry of loaded firearms in 1967 and in 2018, KRON-TV’s Warren Olney wrote a San Francisco Chronicle op-ed claiming the move against open carry was in response to armed Black Panthers.***
I remember when that happened in 1967. It was Black Panthers.
Gun stores should ask for proof of voting record. Vote democrat and no sale.

True. Just have to know who on the street can get you one. I've known individuals who had numerous illegal guns, and even offered me whatever I wanted, even an Uzi. Of course, I declined (mine are legal).
Something wrong with that headline. It suggests that the wealthy are going to shoot the “poor minorities” who can’t afford guns to protect themselves from eeeeevvvvvil rich Whites.
Reality: democrats have allowed “poor minorities” to steal and to kill, leaving productive people defenseless.
More proof the left eventually eats its own, given a lack of conservative opposition. You can restrict gun ownership. You can defund the police. You can help poor minorities protect themselves from crime. But you can’t do all 3 at once. The fact that the left thinks it can is a sign of cognitive dissonance.
Isn’t that what I said?
“...For the most part, in CA, especially counties like LA, one must be wealthy and or well connected to legally carry a gun.”
It must be a great comfort to San Franciscans to know that there are only non-police carrying guns in their city.

Thanks blam. As everyone knows, hood rats always follow the law when they go out to acquire firearms. /s
All of us EXCEPT THE CORRUPT INSENSITIVE ‘ELITES’ ARE GOING TO VOTE DEMOCRATS OUT OF OFFICE.
