I can see this, a lot of 25-40 year-old techie billionaires feel guilty. All they have to do is start big Foundations and take tax breaks while hiring their relatives and friends and paying them high salaries.

Count this millionaire out. I have an earned retirement to live comfortably and something for my children to inherit. I owe nothing toward any “inequity”. That’s just down-right f’n Communism and I didn’t serve during the Cold War to have that crap take over 35 years later.

Philanthropy would be money better spent than letting government get involved.
To a Billionaire, giving money to charity is giving their money to a museum or theater etc

B.S. Some MAY say this, but even if they do, they will then do everything they can to reduce their tax burden.
No one has to tax you. You are free to make a good will donation to the government of your choice. No one will stop you.
They have already set up their scam to override this so they are ready now
They are free to give it to government or charity.
