While it may well have been a Freudian slip, it didn't appear he was speaking about an election bill, but about civil rights on MLK Day. He was listing off his civil rights "heroes" and accidentally said "Hugo", then corrected it with "Ceasar". But we all know Hugo Chavez is one of his heroes too.

This is true. Illegals stole jobs from the workers Chavez was trying to unionize, and undercut their wages. Chavez would have supported Trump's immigration policy, including building a wall.
