Trump Suggests Clinton Operatives Deserve Death for 'Spying Operation'
Newsweek ^ | 2-13-2022 | JASON LEMON

Posted on 02/14/2022 1:29:09 PM PST by servo1969

Former President Donald Trump suggested that operatives working for former Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton deserve the death penalty after reports that lawyers for her campaign paid a tech company to "infiltrate" Trump Tower and the White House.

Trump has long insisted that he was unfairly smeared and targeted by Clinton's campaign and Democratic operatives who aimed to connect him and his campaign to Russian efforts to interfere in the 2016 presidential election. Special Counsel John Durham is currently investigating the origins of the FBI's probe into Russian interference.

In a court filing last week, Durham and his team alleged that Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussman paid tech companies and researchers "to mine Internet data to establish 'an inference' and 'narrative' tying then-candidate Trump to Russia," Fox News first reported on Saturday. Durham's filing also states that a tech company employed by Sussman "had come to access and maintain dedicated servers" at the Executive Office of the President. Sussman is charged with lying to federal investigators.

I clearly remember someone speaking of an instance where Hillary was freaking out around the time of Trump's presidency. I wish I could remember who said it but I know it came from someone in the Clinton campaign. (Perhaps it was in a book? A memoir about the campaign?) Anyhow, the main take away was Hillary having one of her drunken tantrums and yelling if this gets out, "we'll all swing from a f-ing gibbet!" I remember that specific phrase being used. Which in my mind tells me she herself understood the appropriate penalty for some scheme of hers being uncovered.

Well, they committed treason by trying to run a coup against a sitting President.

Sounds like they need a needle.

Well, death is a bit extreme.

Perhaps flogging and lifetime jail sentences would be more humane.

No worries...you will not be seeing either against well-connected/protected deep state operatives.

They should be aborted in safe, legal, and rare fashion.

They won't feel pain.

I don’t think it’s too extreme at all given the circumstances. I cannot think of too many forms of treason or sedition that would warrant a firing squad more than this.

"Find Trump’s exact words. Then read Newsweek’s spin."

True, it was not exactly what he said, but was not an unreasonable inference. What bothered me more is that Newsweek sat on this for three days, and when they finally mention it, they spin it to put the emphasis on Trump's reaction rather than on the dubious tactics of the Clinton campaign.

Okay, here they are:

"This is a scandal far greater in scope and magnitude than Watergate and those who were involved in and knew about this spying operation should be subject to criminal prosecution. In a stronger period of time in our country, this crime would have been punishable by death," the former president said. "In addition, reparations should be paid to those in our country who have been damaged by this."

They criminally attempted to undermine, compromise and overthrow a legitimately elected president. So the death penalty should apply to those who attempted to subvert and undermine our entire system.

They should stand trial for TREASON.

I doubt there would be a problem finding volunteers for the firing squad.

"Well, death is a bit extreme."

Please explain how an attempt to spy on and overthrow a LEGALLY elected president, that would result in an agonizing death in any other country on earth, is "a bit extreme."?

"Extreme" MIGHT be obliterating every registered Democrat in CONUS, and nuking Hawaii.

However, it is worth consideration.

Obama and his thugs did not need any FISA warrants to spy on/monitor/surveil Candidate Trump or President Elect Trump.

Napolitano: Obama Admin Used British GCHQ To Spy On Trump During Campaign

Posted By Tim Hains On Date March 14, 2017

On Monday, Fox News Channel judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano alleged that three intelligence sources had confirmed to him that the Obama administration used GCHQ (Britain's NSA) to spy on President Trump during the 2016 election so that there would be no paper trail.

"Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the 'chain of command' to conduct the surveillance on Trump," he said. "Obama didn’t use the NSA, he didn’t use the CIA, he didn’t use the FBI, and he didn’t use the Department of Justice."

"What happened to the guy who ordered this? Resigned three days after Trump took office," he added.*

GCHQ nor Obama did nor required any paperwork to monitor and spy on candidate Trump.

All Obama had to do was have his AG Lynch make a phone call to Robert Hannigan @DCHQ and tell him to monitor candidate Trump and his people. No FISA stuff or judges nor paper trails.

From what I’ve seen it was in reference to ‘treason’ charges. The ‘death’ part of that has been embellished by leftist MSM sources to construe the ultimate US treason statute punishment options as being what he meant, IMO.
