President Joe Biden recalled Monday putting a dead dog on the doorstep of one of his constituents, back when he served on the county council in the state of Delaware.
During a speech at the National Association of Counties 2022 Legislative Conference in Washington, DC on Tuesday, Biden recalled when he served on the council and received a call from one of his constituents, who he said was in a wealthy neighborhood.

Nobody takes anything he says seriously.
He confessed on video to the crimes they impeached Trump for asking about.
He said before the election that they have the most comprehensive vote fraud organization ever.

And his audience laughed and applauded when he finished the story. If the story is true, it shows he was a world-class jerk even when he was very young. Imagine, taking the time to go over to the woman’s house, picking up the dead dog and then putting it on her front step, because she was a Republican.

Congress is like a hyper Peter Principle, where the incompetent rise higher and faster.
