The report shows increased DHS concern with rooting out “extremists” within its own ranks, including through monitoring the social media accounts of employees. I fully support DHS committing half of its personnel resources to continually monitoring the other half of its personnel resources.

I’ve known people that applied for jobs and were asked about their social media. They wanted the sites, passwords etc, but they didn’t have social media. The response was, “What are you hiding?” It’s ridiculous how far they go, even asking for a password.
