MSNBC anchor Chris Hayes accused European countries such as Poland and Hungary of “racism” and “anti-Muslim bigotry” for welcoming those fleeing war from neighboring Ukraine, while alleging they opposed accepting Syrian migrants.
In what he termed “an interesting contrast,” Hayes claimed during his opening monologue on Tuesday that “we find ourselves here again though with the situation quite different in certain respects.”

A good friend and business associate lives in Krakow and has a business near the Ukraine border. He has (had) a lot of Ukraine labor who would cross over on labor contracts.
He says Ukrainian refugees are women and children. They are filling empty hotels, government buildings, gymnasiums, etc... Ukrainian Men are forbidden to leave Ukraine. The only men arriving from Ukraine are “students” - from Pakistan, Afghanistan, North Africa. There are many thousands of them now in Eastern Poland. The EU expects Poland to house and feed them all.
He feels the EU has once again duped Poland.
Did the Syrians send only the women and children like the Ukrainians? Or did the young males get into the front of the line?
Big difference in accepting women and children and not a bunch of young fighting age males.

Ukraine = same religion, similar culture, would either go back home or assimilate

The US is accepting refugees and illegals from all over the world, except Ukraine.

Maybe Hayes can do some ‘on the street interviews’ like they did in Stockholm and Toronto. Where residents were asked if they would be willing take in refugees.

The Ukrainian refugees are mostly women and children and elderly, which is what you would expect from true refugees.
The Syrian “refugees” were mostly able bodied adult males. that’s how you know they weren’t really “refugees”.
