I heard just today that the public transportation mask restrictions (that DeSantis and 21 other states are suing him for) are ones that he keeps extending.
SO he can keep extending mask restriction, but he can’t extend a border expulsion restriction.

It appears that, as a legal matter, Title 42 can be dropped or extended.
However, if Hunter Biden has already “spent” the “fee” that was paid to him (and others) to keep our border wide open, then a refund of that “fee” to the drug lords would be “difficult”.
