First really big road trip....drove from PA via KY, stops in Eureka Springs, AR, Tulsa, Amarillo on the way west; Duragno CO on the way back (rode the Silverton the long trip!), Colorado Springs, and then back east.

No, we didn’t. Couldn’t think of any place we wanted to go. Our favorite place, where we had our reception, is now closed. Otherwise, we’d have gone there. But it was a very nice day for an anniversary.

What rotten luck. A shame your favorite restaurant is closed. As long as you had a good day, that’s what counts. Nice weather helps! :-)

It was quite nice. Partly cloudy so it didn’t get too hot. Tomorrow it’ll be 90 and then cooler for the rest of the week. Yay!

Hope you had a nice day, too. They have been predicting some ugly stuff later in the week for you or near you, and I hope it misses your area!

A very pleasant good Tuesday morning and ((HUGS)) to everyone at the Canteen and to all our military at home and abroad. Thanks for your service to our country and thanks Lauren for this morning's thread.

How's everyone doing this morning?

Nice of the 90-degree day to hold off and give you a nice day today. At least i’s just one stifling day, then back to more comfy temps.

It was very nice here today. Partly cloudy but it did break 70 at least. Barely but it made it.
We’ll have rain and some storms tomorrow morning but the bad stuff will stay well south of us. Wednesday is when we could have nasty weather.

Then there’s a possibility of a little icy stuff Friday night. Just depends on how cold it gets.

We’re a bit tired of this roller coaster ride.

Howdy, E.G.C. ((HUGZ))

Was it another night of Gizmo hiding under the bed due to thunderstorms?
I hope y’all were able to get out for some fun at the lake yesterday.

When it comes to white fluffy/icy stuff, I’d be tired of it too. But....Easter isn’t till the 17th and all bets are off till after that. Even we could go south for Easter. I mean, it’s not in the forecast, but it’s happened before.

Well, I’m going to finish this show and then try to sleep. It was fitful last night, and I’m hoping for deeper sleep tonight. See ya tomorrow. Geez...I need to find a quiz. LOL! First thing in the morning.

They aren’t talking snow. Sleet or freezing rain and it won’t be that much and it’ll be primarily along the mountains, which we’re close to. It might not come this far south but the possibility exists. We could get frost though. We’re far from through yet.

Enjoy your show and get some good sleep tonight. Catch ya for the quiz.

We did get some much needed rain yesterday which is good but unfortunately it did come with some thunder which spooked Gizzmo but he made it through.

In fact, yesterday morning after I changed the header picture of him on my social sites, I went out in the morning to find he disappeared. After looking around I saw a piece of plywood fell off the North fence.

It didn't take long before I saw Gizmo in the alley. He ran to one of our neighbor's parking lots before I finally caught up with him. I had to scold him for that.

We did get some t-storm warnings in our area yesterday but most of the stuff stayed in Texas. Right now as I type this there are tornado watches and various warnings being issued for parts of the Ark-La-Tex.

In the meantime, it's nice and quiet here and we're getting ready for another nice day. We do however have fire weather conditions coming later this week.

We did get to spend a few minutes at Comanche Lake yesterday before the t-storm watch announcement on the iPhone had us going back home. Pics.....

Glad you got the rain since it’s been a while. Too bad there was thunder to scare poor Gizmo.
That stuff is coming this way but the really bad weather will scoot south of us. They sure don’t need it, plus there’s another round Wednesday. We’ll get a dose of that one.

So he was a bad boy again, was he? He’d better shape up! :-)

Glad you two got to spend some time at Comanche Lake yesterday, even if it was brief. Gizmo looked pleased.

Howdy, howdy, Early Birds!
What a neat road trip today.
It's in the pretty part of the state.
Albuquerque is a fun place to visit.
Especially when they have the Balloon Festival.
Hope all y'all have a Terrific Tuesday!
And nice weather. It's hot here.
(((hugs)))
