Democratic New York City Mayor Eric Adams called for a national response on gun control Tuesday following a shooting in a Brooklyn subway station.
At least 10 people were shot in the incident, including seven males and three females, according to authorities. Thirteen people suffered injuries from smoke inhalation, falling down or suffering from a panic attack. Five people were in critical condition but were expected to survive.
At least 29 in all were treated at hospitals for gunshot wounds, smoke inhalation, and other conditions. None of the injuries appeared to be life-threatening.
"Every day I wake up to protect this city, and they have trusted me as their mayor," Adams told CNN host Alisyn Camerota following the shooting.

That’s what I do when I know I’ve been around democrats.
Based on past situations....at least 4,000 people will claim they were on that one single car and traumatized to some degree....asking for $10k for their ‘suffering’. Even the shooter might show up and ask for money for his trauma-suffering.
My son took that subway to work every day. He left NYC two years ago.

Glocks rarely jam, atleast mine never has, so considering “extended mag” ususlly means some after market higher than average cap that comes with pistol from factory, I can think of a few msg brands thst might cause an issue like that.

The national response should be as many people carrying guns as possible. An armed society is a polite society.
Because NYC is such a model city the whole country should follow their lead.

I’m a staunch supporter of constitutional carry, but I’m not sure that would help in this case.
They fill the train with smoke, and open fire. The shooter couldn’t even aim right to kill anyone. Even if a dozen cops were onboard, armed, this is a situation that tactically it doesn’t help.
Gee who didn’t see this coming, no one!
