Move or fight. There should be zero weapons laws. The ATF needs to be shuttered. It is that simple.

“PA voted to join them this year, with a considerable margin, on a partisan, party line vote. Then your Democrat governor vetoed the bill. I expect them to go Constitutional Carry when they get a Republican governor.

I didn’t know that! I just don’t keep up with what Harrisburg is doing, anymore. I hope the next Gov — if we can get a Conservative in — will go ahead and sign a bill for CC.

Hi.

American citizens have always made their own firearms. Sheesh.

Imho, the federal government has violated/disolved/abrogated the contract between the Constitution and the people.

The federal bureaucracy from the Executive branch down to minions in the Deep State, act like tyrants, terrorists and tax collectors.

Methinks another Declaration of Independence is necessary.

I was mistaken. The veto was in December of 2021.

Form 1 applies to NFA items - the receiver would have to be a full-auto receiver for this to be applicable

Incorrect. If the receiver is going to be part of a short barreled rifle (SBR), it must have an ATF tax stamp to be assembled with the upper under 16" and that upper must match the spec of the authorized Form 1 parameters. As submitted, my Form 1 called out 30 caliber, 10.5" barrel on the lower. Specifically 300BLK.

ATF is very specific that applications for a "full auto" Form 1 or Form 4 will not be approved for new (post 1986) firearms. Pre-1986 full auto sold by a Class 3 FFL can be approved. There is lots of junk with high price tags that meets the "full auto" definition. Unless you just want to collect them, be very discerning in acquisitions.

You’re still talking about NFA firearm. That was not clear to me from your post.

For those NOT making NFA firearm, Form 1 would not apply.

Do you really think having a federal National Carry “permit” will end up giving you more rights? All it would do would be to take the Sates out of the equation and give the Feds the total control they want to disarm everyone.
