So a woman can walk across state lines to purposely commit a murder.

Actually several states are in process or already have passed state laws about residents traveling out of state to have an abortion or to buy abortion inducing medication.

They go across state lines to commit a crime that is illegal in the state they came from...lest see how well that works.

Remember how the fugitive slave laws went?

If a woman from a sate where seeking/receiving an abortion is a felony crosses state lines to Connecticut and receives an abortion, she will have committed a Federal offence. She can be prosecuted regardless of Ct. shenanigans.

I doubt those laws can be upheld. All that does is create even more of a mess.

It’s subhuman trash like this that makes me want abortion to be treated as 1st degree murder and have them all hanged.
