From this article's hysterical tone it is easy to see that this is a valuable case and we ought to continue following it closely. Also it shows why Biden wants to keep up the illegal harassment of the justices: he wants to terrorize them into complete submission. If the Republicans regain control of the House and, hopefully, the Senate, one of the first projects on their list should be to impeach Biden for a host of crimes and misdemeanors and also to impeach Garland because of his deliberate failure or refusal to enforce the law that prohibits harassment of Supreme Court justices, jurors and low lower court judges.

No doubt the writers are concerned about the supermajority legislature in CA deciding how the election will go.

“electorial chaos”
The left creates chaos everywhere it goes.
They want chaos.
They benefit from chaos..one way or the other.

It’s almost like the dems would listen and comply with the SCOTUS decisions. We know they don’t care and, who has enough money to take on the govt with their limitless supply of OUR money.🤬

Nothing valuable about it.
" . . . a radical misinterpretation of the Constitution’s elections and electors clauses, which, if successful, . . . "
Where's the danger and value in their own opening words ?
Non existent.
EXCEPT to readers who allow those words and that thought process to be planted and take root.
Public school has been very effective in giving children a rudimentary reading ability, but kids today have no critical thinking skills and are easily led by wordsmiths, printed and oral, that say the truth once and then continue to cloud, cover and obfuscate that truth until the lie was the whole point to begin with.

I think MSN should be more worried about Wisconsin crapping on drop boxes. If that fraudulent mechanism is ended nationally its over for democrats for awhile.

Court could strip state courts and state constitutions of their ability to check and balance state legislators when they make laws for federal electionsIt is in The Constitution. The individual state legislatures determine the voting procedures of each individual state, not the secretarys of state nor the judiciary. The voting laws in many states were changed in the last election in an illegal manner by the secretarys of the states and the courts. Thus the last election was totally illegitimate.

A ruling for state legislatures in this case would be a sea change. It could cure most of the fraud of the 2020 presidential election.

The appointment of Electors by State Legislatures is a plenary (unchecked) power, and it is not by any stretch of the imagination a “federal election”.

Note that in his long propaganda piece he never directly quotes the article of the constitution Im question, which says...
“The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.”
This is about as clear cut as anything in the constitution.
He calls... “The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof”, a “radical theory”, where in fact it is the literal text of the constitution.
