Someone posted an article, a few weeks ago, detailing how he finally figured out how to do it. Something about reclassifying their positions as Schedule F. Whatever that means. Sadly, this was discovered late in his term, while dealing with impeachment’s and a re-election campaign.

Hopefully he gets a second chance at it.

What he needs to do though is eliminate whole departments. WE know the list, it is always the same. The neat thing is, you may not be able to fire a feral employee easily but you can eliminate the job and let the chips fall where they may. It would be fun to watch the fracas that would ensue from the seniority bumping.
