Agrowing number of Democrats in Wyoming may be registering as Republicans in order to back Rep. Liz Cheney in the state's upcoming primary, data suggests.
Cheney, the state's sole representative in the House, has been urging Democrats to switch parties to vote for her in the August 16 primary as she faces a tough re-election battle, with polling showing her trailing behind challenger Harriet Hageman, who has been endorsed by Donald Trump.
Wyoming Democrats—who are massively outnumbered in the state by Republicans— have received mail from Cheney's campaign with instructions on how to change their party affiliation. Her campaign website also links to a form that allows people to switch parties.

The Pubbies should push for closed primaries in every state and force those switching parties prior to the primaries to sit out the upcoming primary.
I almost switched when Hillary was running for Senator in NY...but didn’t want to lower my standards...since every Dem was in love with their top money maker anyway.

So there are about 196,000 registered Republicans and 45,000 registered Democrats in Wyoming. Primary elections have relatively low voter turn out. So Cheney, convinces 20% of the Rats to change registration AND vote for her next week.
She gets at the most 10,00 more votes.
After watching the Hageman ad, Cheney is sooo done next week. Even if 30% of the Rats switch (not likely) it will still be a wipe-out.
The art is wrong.
Its the RATS holding the whip with promises of a Presidential run.
As underhanded as it might seem, both sides engage in this tactic. There aren’t enough dems in that state to tip the balance, though.
