Double jeopardy? He was granted clemency. Are we now in a country of being tried until finally proven guilty?
Unless the DOJ idiots can argue that the Clemency Order WAS NEVER DELIVERED, it sure does sound like violation of 5th amendment in regards to “double jeopardy”
He wasn’t found guilty on all counts. There were several that ended up with a hung jury. They’re going after him on those counts. Really, does the DOJ have so much time on its hands that it’s worth it to do this?!
