GLENFIELD, N.D. – EXCLUSIVE: Neighbors of the North Dakota man who allegedly admitted to mowing down 18-year-old Cayler Ellingson with an SUV describe Shannon Brandt as being "nuts his whole life" and someone who had mental health conditions.
The incident happened early Sunday morning after Brandt, 41, and Ellingson were at a local bar's street dance. An affidavit states that Brandt told the 911 operator that an individual was threatening him, adding that Ellingson was part of a "Republican extremist group."
Ellingson was seriously injured and later died at a local hospital. Brandt was charged with criminal vehicular homicide, as well as leaving the scene of a crash involving a death after the incident.

Sounds pretty typical for a libtard
Oh, he’s mental. Guess that means they let him off.
The guy who shot up the congressional baseball game was mental too.
We all know Liberalism is a mental illness.
So? Execute him, anyway.
Yes he is a mental case.
So is Joetato Brandon who fueled the fire and named the targets he wanted burned down.
Stealing elections has consequences and they are far from being all played out.
Well, liberalism IS a mental disease.
Democrat Shannon Brandt should be back in jail
Biden clearly incited this guy to kill a Republican. What should Biden get?
Anyone ever hear of Skidmore, Missouri? Guy who bullied the town was killed, right in front of the whole town. Funny thing is, nobody could quite remember what the guy who pulled the trigger looked like. Funnier still, the shooting happened right out in front of the Legion Hall. This happened in the early 80’s. Still unsolved. Fascinating case...
Sadly another person nearby was killed as a result, and the driver was "convicted in a state court for the first-degree murder of 32-year-old Heather Heyer, eight counts of malicious wounding, and hit and run, and was sentenced to life in prison plus an additional 419 years in July 2019.[15] He also pled guilty to 29 of 30 federal hate crime charges to avoid the death penalty, which resulted in another life sentence handed down in June 2019." source
I wonder if the Democrat who ran down a Republican will get sentenced to multiple life sentences, including one based on a federal prosecution. I doubt it, but the crimes were very similar.
“In Broad Daylight “………book and movie about it….IIRC .
.
No, no, no.
Euthanize him...
Is this a Soros DA?
In Joey Danielson's case, a group proved that the murder was a conspiracy and provided the evidence but the feds and state looked the other way.
The video was posted, here, on FR.
In Lee Keltner's murder, it was on video, with numerous witnesses, but the DA refused to prosecute.
It's clear what is going on.
Sounds like your garden variety democrat.
Good movie.
That's not the only creepy violent thing that's happened in Skidmore MO.

Really? Love to hear about it. The story is of mildly peripheral interest to me but I haven’t been bothered to dig into the whole thing in depth.
I worked in NW Missouri at the time and met the Trooper that figured prominently in that story. Additionally I have friend whose family has owned five farms in that part of the state and knew all the inside information. Even now, if you go around locally and start asking questions, you better be ready for a really poor reception.
The attorney that he used in NKC was a real artist and could work miracles for those that would pay his prices. Had a friend that made some big mistakes with alcohol and McFadden made all his big problems just disappear.
