It doesn’t have to be presented to anybody, it doesn’t have to be discussed or negotiated. As soon as russia withdraws to its own border, Ukraine will stop shooting back. They will draw a line at the border and each one will stay on their own side of it. Very easy to understand.
However with the World wide economic conditions I doubt very much leaders are going to come thru with what they've promised to Ukraine.....without a huge public outcry. Zelensky’s already griping about this as some have not given what they promised even to support the conflict let alone the re-build.
You can probably double the 6-9 Billion a month Zelensky expects. Unfortunately its our money paying for the majority of this conflict as you know.
Any time the US wants to cut this off Zelensky’s war will stop. His military and monies cannot even come close to fighting this war without the US.

Once again, NATO is voluntary vs the Russian invasion. Also, why does Russia care about NATO expansion, is it a serious invasion threat to nuclear Russia or does it stop Russia from bullying its neighbors?
Easy answer, corrupt Ukraine has a right to exist without being invaded by its more corrupt neighbor Russia.

Ukraine has never existed without being propped up by other nations - including Russia. They have never been a stand alone country and never will......and conflicts for them will always be happening with others or among themselves...or both.
Ukraine people remind me of the Palestinians - always complaining and in need no matter what is done for them. They have no peace among themselves let alone as a neighbor. So they will always being setting off one conflict after another - History Baby!

The core problem with any negotiation is Crimea. Russia should be willing to give up the rest of its lands to get out the mess, but it would be politically impossible for Putin to turn over Crimea.
At the same time no Ukrainian government could sign a deal giving up Crimea. They would be overthrown in seconds by the population and the war will continue.
Russia appears to be fine where it’s at with th nations it’s welcomed in.
Your Cathy Newman (BBC) imitation is showing. In the last decades, a number of nations have been rejected or postponed for years for entry into NATO. It's not a club. It is a geopolitical entity. Like the EU, which currently is contending with some member states to "do as we say" in Brussels, NATO sometimes acts aggressively, as it is doing today in Kosovo. Peace keeping, don't you know. Sometimes NATO has bombed non-NATO nations. Peace keeping, "once again."
I don't speak for Russia any more than I speak for Ukraine, nor do I speak for the Biden administration's massive financial support for the current post-Maidan Ukraine. I speak for those Americans who see a $31 trillion debt being piled on their shoulders, while war enthusiasts cheer billions a month being siphoned into (and perhaps some of it out of) the current Ukraine government.
It is unclear for which you advocate. Biden? Von der Leyen? Lloyd Austin and Raytheon. Jens Stollenberg and the new NATO focus on climate change? Maybe you're a Pelosi kind of guy?
