Supreme Court is obsolete (vanity)

According to this tweet Acting Pennsylvania Secretary of State defies a Supreme Court order and include undated mail-in ballots in the vote count

And according to this article Lawmakers want to know why Pennsylvania sent out 240000 unverified-ballots

The Pennsylvania Secretary of State sent out 240,000 unverified mail in ballots after the Supreme court ruled she couldn't.

If I defy the Supreme court, or any court for that matter, I get a contempt of court citation which could result in my imprisonment. If I do it more than once, it could result in longer imprisonment.

The way I see it, the Pennsylvania Secretary of State just committed over 240,000 counts of contempt of court. If nothing happens to her, then the Supreme court means nothing and we are a might vs right country as are many countries around the world.

If their rulings mean nothing, we no longer need them

The executive branch is supposed to execute the decisions.

Apparently the executive branch now has the discretion to decide which laws it cares to enforce and as long as its party controls the House of Representatives, there is no one who can do anything about it.

Obama chose not to enforce the Defense of Marriage Act, because even though it was a law passed by Congress and signed by a democrat President, Obama didn’t like it and ignored it.

And the executive branch also seems to have the power to add provisions to laws such as Title IX claiming that ‘gender identity’ is protected the same as ‘sex’ when it comes to sport, even though that madness was never a part of the discussion when Title IX was passed.

It’s good to be king.

Re: 21 - Oops, an error on my part. I wrote 2020 and not 2021, which you correctly did.

No matter - he’s still a sleezy hack.
