This arrangement has two flaws. First, leading a nation by committee results in disjointed policies. It is inevitable there would be factions and squabbles. Committees are also slow to react in a crisis. Imagine the chaos in our leadership if China decided to invade Taiwan.
The second flaw is Joe himself. The charade that Biden is actually POTUS is wearing thin as his mental deterioration is becoming more and more apparent.
