When I brought up how absolutely ludicrous it was to think that dopey Joe Biden got 81 million votes in 2020 with certain family members, their reaction was that Biden didn’t motivate people that much, Trump did. Their proposition was that as fervent as Trump fans are, the Trump haters are also strongly motivated.
So what if T.D.S. actually trickles down to races nationwide, even when Trump isn’t on any ballot?

The redistricting that has occurred (on both sides) has greatly reduced the number of competitive seats. This cycle, only about three dozen seats were deemed to be competitive. How do you get to 57 from 36 (or so)?

The problem is ballot harvesting. Simple as that.
The democrat base did NOT come out to vote. Their numbers were down all across the board. The millions of mail-in ballots harvested is what made the difference. Carville knows this. The Rat machine was not able to harvest ballots in Florida and you saw the results there. The Rats were able to hold off the red wave because they were prepared months ahead of time to having the needed mail-in ballots submitted by phantom voters, illegal aliens and nursing home patients. This is how you steal election in modern America.
I love Trump, I voted for him twice and would vote for again. However, as much as I hate to say it, Carville is probably right simply because the media has spent the last six years turning Trump into something between Hitler and Satan in the eyes of the public. And unfortunately, perception is reality. The media pounds the same drum every day for six years and a lot, by the looks of the election, a majority of voters, start to believe it. I hate to say it, but I think Trump, through no fault of his own, is simply too damaged goods to every run and win again outside of the hard red states.
