Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) on Wednesday ripped radical Democrat Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes (D) for refusing to admit defeat.
“The votes are in. In all Democrat strongholds, municipalities are reporting 100% of wards are in and counted,” Johnson said in a press release. “There is no path mathematically for Lt. Gov. Barnes to overcome his 27,374 vote deficit. This race is over.”
Johnson questioned whether Barnes would accept the election result. “Will you accept defeat trailing by 27,000 votes?” Johnson asked. “In 2020, Joe Biden claimed victory in Wisconsin with a 20,000 vote margin.”

Why even bother? Johnson doesn’t need a concession to stay in office.

These concessions in political races are just simply a courtesy. Conceding or not conceding election is not a legally binding statement on the part of anyone. The authorities in each state in charge of administering elections are the ones who will make the final official statement of who wins an election.

Elko, Douglas and Nye are larger rurals and almost surely will add thousands of ballots to Laxalt’s total, make CCM’s climb more difficult.

Douglas - Elx dept says they receive “thousands” of mail ballots yesterday.
Nye, Humboldt, Eureka and Churchill say they are still catching up, and expect to be done between Thurs and Sat.
We will have the seat in Alaska.

Unless they just did it recently and I missed it, Fox has yet to call the race foe Ron Johnson.

WI left the cheat machine turned off last night, saving it for 2024, because even they know it’s not worth cheating just to get a scumbag elected.

Never underestimate the Democrats ability to find votes in rabbit holes, golf carts, or garbage cans until they get 28,000 more votes.
Communists typically do not concede.
