As Republicans are now one seat away from capturing a majority of seats in the U.S. House of Representatives, there are still 13 races yet to be called that will determine how close the margins could be for the GOP should it ultimately prevail.

A party must win 218 seats to win a majority in the 435-seat body, a feat appearing to be within the grasp of the GOP, who have won 217 seats so far to Democrats' 205.

Here is where the remaining races stand as votes continue to be counted in states across the country:

Of the 13, looks like a handful to each party with the rest too close to call.

Thry already know the Repukes won but they’re hoping for a ratings boost. The Repukes have been running around saying they’ve lost for a week. I’m shocked people are confused.

It is a global embarrassment that the most powerful country on the planet cannot count votes and decide elections in a single day.

Mail-in voting has to go. It's how Democrats manufacture votes until they "win".

Pretty soon we'll be a country in name only, not independent, but controlled totally by global elites. I can count the fighters in the GOP on one hand, we're losing.

GOP has 218 seats. The Fox site is not counting Mike Garcia’s (R) win against Christy Smith (D) in CA27, Smith conceded yesterday and the race has been called by CBS affiliate in LA. Garcia is 9 points ahead with 69% counted, not even close.

“... cannot count votes and decide elections in a single day.” Clearly, the demon rats need time to create enough ballots to overcome republicnt votes. No mystery.

Looks like the GOP will end up with 221 meaning the gavels go to the GOP and the tough questions can begin and the brakes can go on the Biden craziness. Republicans better not let this opportunity slip away.

I wish I had confidence in the GOP House, but I don't.
