Companies with 50 or more employees and authorities should set up internal reporting offices. The Federal Ministry of Justice and other federal authorities are also to act as external reporting offices. The draft law on whistleblower protection, which has now been passed by the Bundestag, is intended to protect against reprisals. "Whistleblowers" are intended to protect against disadvantages such as e.g. B. be protected against dismissal. The burden of proof does not lie with the aggrieved whistleblower. Reports on anti-constitutional statements by officials should also fall under whistleblower protection. Because officials must show loyalty to the constitution. Oral statements or digital messages can be reported. This is intended to protect the state apparatus from being infiltrated by "Reich citizens" and other enemies of the constitution. Whistleblower protection should also apply to reports below the criminal liability threshold. The extent to which these reports are followed up is not clear from the draft law.

Sounds like a good reason for regime change.
Heinrich is smiling down on Germany today.
This is ALL to punish German natives who complain about the invasion by Africans and Muslims.
Turn in your neighbors if you don’t like them. Lying ok.
Draft form only, and heavily questioned by the FDP (partner to the coalition gov’t), and opposition parties. If you asked me on the odds of passing, I’d give it less than 25-percent chance. Then passing and then being challenged by the German Constitutional Court....it’d likely be thrown out in the first six months.
Even in public reaction to hearing about this....a good bit of shock that this progressed so quickly in draft form.
It looks as if the term “whistleblowers” is being used as a euphemism for waves of enthusiastic Karen “Fed” spies within companies having 50+ employees.
The East German method.
Is that so? Interesting...🧐
Welll Merkel was East German after all.
