Conservatives on Twitter blasted President Joe Biden for telling another "ridiculous tall tale" about himself in a speech, claiming that his uncle won a Purple Heart for his actions during World War II.

Could not agree more. Especially with regard to a Purple Heart. Earning that is no contest.

I knew a guy who “earned” a purple heart for failure to repair. He refused to get out of bed for guard duty, and was injured in a mortar attack. The guy who took his place was uninjured. He was evacuated to a hospital, and they didn’t bother to charge him.
This is just the latest. He was making sh*t up off the top of his head even as a young senator.

Biden should be hanged as a traitor. Forget this lying BS. He’s been lying for this entire life. It’s nothing new.
Biden revels in Stolen Valor as he has none. Senile Joe had six marriage and college deferments during the Vietnam War. So now he’s got a Gold Star family bc of a son “killed in Iraq” (he was a Reserves lawyer stationed in the luxurious Green Zone of Baghdad for a few months, never saw combat, never wounded), he gave his uncle a Purple Heart (no evidence he had ever been wounded and he had been dead for eight years at the time it was “awarded in person”, and he himself bravely withstood enemy fire in Afghanistan (not a word of truth in it).
