I hope that Lake appeals the ruling. She has her work cut out for her, but her claims should be heard.
She’s not the smartest bulb when it comes to campaigning. When you say at a campaign rally “We don’t have any McCain Republicans in here, do we? Get the hell out! It was the party of McCain. It was bad. Arizona has delivered some losers, haven’t they?” 3-4 days before the election.
That could not have helped her cause. It’s the campaign strategy of “addition by subtraction” or “I can win because I will get more votes by throwing a well liked Republican in Arizona under the bus and telling those who supported him I don’t need their votes”.
Just stupid campaigning and it likely cost her some votes.

If she had conceded and "moved on," then we would have never known about the 'shrink to fit' ballot issue that BEGAN in 2020.
Kari has vowed to appeal all the way to SCOTUS, and I have no doubt that is where it will end up. The 'republicans' on the AZ Supreme Court are of the McCain variety.
And if SCOTUS rules that Election Laws mean nothing and Democrats are free to break them without any consequences, then Kari can always try to mount a Recall campaign against Hobbs, but she will be cheated again.
The judge's ruling does not explain how ballots printed on 19" paper, used 2 elections previously, are legal in an election with only 20" ballots. If the official ballot length is 20", anything else is UNLAWFUL, rendering the election UNLAWFUL.
Nor does the ruling explain how the printers were changed before the technicians supposedly changed the settings to correct the problem.

Only when democrats are charged with crimes does intent become the issue. When Republicans are charged there is no mention of intent.

Find ballots that were not counted. Find Democrat ballots counted twice or more. You can’t just type on FR that someone cheated and then not produce proof.
Lake found doubts and questions. She Found No Proof. The right wing media hyped up the 1 inch differential. It existed. It did not affect the count. It affected only procedure in counting.

It does not matter what size the ballots were. That issueprevented machine tabulation. They were then set aside and counted without using the machine. It did not cause them to be discarded. In fact, this largely defined the delay. The counters wanted to get them included, and they did get them included.
This is not proof the counting was wrong. She did not prove the counting was wrong.
She got fewer votes.
Prove it.

It depends on what is defined as proof. If it’s just the number of ballots counted we don’t know if they are legit or not. Polls are easily manipulated. But there is too much circumstantial evidence and anomalies that is in line of what Democrats do to cheat. For me that is proof enough.
