Actually, my point is that Trump usually lost in the lower courts, but won where it mattered. And as a side note, the opposite happens with biden. How’d that student loan fiasco go? And we all knew where it WOULD go once it hit a reasonable judge.
That attitude was the first attribute that Trump exhibited that made me a huge fan. It’s why I like Lake so much. I’m guessing the deep state hates her even MORE than trump because, first, she’s a woman and, second, she is very well spoken.
The courts exist to give us the functional illusion of a legitimate legal system. No court will deviate from the narrative on anything that matters.
It does when election law points to the procedures that insure all ballots are the same size so THEY DON'T HAVE TO HAVE MULTIPLE MACHINES just for paper size difference. So they specify, say, a 20" ballot in the 2022 elections.
So for the critically thinking impaired, any 19" image processed in the 2022 election is from a different election, rendering the 2022 election UNLAWFUL, which should be the judge's ruling. If it was unlawful, the judge in AZ can change who is the officer-elect instead of the cheater.
But it is my understanding that the ballots of incorrect size were mostly in GOP regions/precincts.
Efforts were made and they got counted, despite incorrect size. If it were Democrat regions, you would want them excluded because they are incorrect size. That is not what happened. They were not excluded. They were counted.
This goes back to the Florida election in 2000. Judges created criteria of corners of chads that were punched through, sometimes only 2 of 4. The judges made priority “intent of the voter”. If only 1 corner were punched, it was declared not a vote. More corners . . . a vote and that was the intent of the voter.
Votes arriving on the wrong size ballot can be examined to determine the intent of the voter — and that is what happened. They were examined and included.
There is no need for another election. There is no indication it would have a different result. The votes were counted, even on mostly GOP area incorrect size ballots.
If these were Dem ballots demanding a re-vote, you would ridicule the request.
Really? 19" ballots were used in elections in AZ 3 years ago. They were too small to fit all the offices on the 19" ballot, you now say they CAN fit on a 19" ballot? Then why did they go to a 20" ballot in 2022?
No idea. And it doesn’t matter if the votes got counted.
So you're saying it's fine to mix ballots from 2022 with ballot images from 2019 because they got counted?
You really made your reputation on FR, friend.
I don’t think there’s any need to interpret a straightforward reality.
If legal and proper votes were counted, there is no disenfranchisement. Now, if those votes, from a GOP area, were not legal and should not have been counted, then she loses by a larger margin.
She’s a pit bull. She’s awesome.
Amen
Maranatha!
I did not read articles on Kari’s suit because I had no doubt that injustice would triumph.
Sure thing Skippy, just as soon as you PROVE your claim in #93.
